  I wanted a more expensive aircon, but Aaron recommended one for a bit cheaper, but better suited to my house.

  Tried to buy a ducted heater, they were not interested. The owner never returned my call. I could not even organise a quote for him to have a look. I needed advice and help and they made it clear that they did not want my business, 1 star too many. Avoid.
  
  Cold flow heating and cooling were interested and did an amazing job on our new heater.
